About Tracey

Moving to the left coast from from Long Island NY about seven years ago has been a wonderful experience. I was a licensed mortgage broker and Realtor in NY since 1983. In addition to real estate and mortgages, I have also owned several small businesses through the years but for some reason I have always come back to real estate. Working closely with my clients to find the perfect home has always been more than just a job for me. I love visiting my clients on moving day because even though it’s chaotic, there is nothing like seeing a dream come true.

I invite you to contact me regarding the sale of your home. When called upon, I will show up, on time and prepared. You can be sure that a one hour investment talking with me will yield at least one or more priceless ideas!

My passion is food and wine. I went to college at Johnson & Wales University in RI and have a degree in culinary arts and hotel and restaurant management. I have completed the first two classes towards my sommelier designation. I integrate cooking into almost everything that I do including real estate. Anyone that has ever called me to their home for a listing presentation knows that I show up with a home baked goodie. My open houses feature some of the best food in town. I’m always available for spur of the moment cooking tips or wine advice.

Following are my credentials, but I am so much more than a bunch of degrees and designations, I am real and I love to help people buy and sell houses. I’m unpretentious, knowledgeable and experienced and at this age, definitlly not afraid to speak my mind. If you’re looking for a real estate broker that knows her away around a purchase agreement but has a sense of humor, creativity and a passion for selling homes, please give me a call and let’s talk about how I can help you reach your goals.
