About Tracey
Moving to the left coast from from Long Island NY about seven years ago has been a wonderful experience. I was a licensed mortgage broker and Realtor in NY since 1983. In addition to real estate and mortgages, I have also owned several small businesses through the years but for some reason I have always come back to real estate. Working closely with my clients to find the perfect home has always been more than just a job for me. I love visiting my clients on moving day because even though it’s chaotic, there is nothing like seeing a dream come true.
I invite you to contact me regarding the sale of your home. When called upon, I will show up, on time and prepared. You can be sure that a one hour investment talking with me will yield at least one or more priceless ideas!
My passion is food and wine. I went to college at Johnson & Wales University in RI and have a degree in culinary arts and hotel and restaurant management. I have completed the first two classes towards my sommelier designation. I integrate cooking into almost everything that I do including real estate. Anyone that has ever called me to their home for a listing presentation knows that I show up with a home baked goodie. My open houses feature some of the best food in town. I’m always available for spur of the moment cooking tips or wine advice.
Following are my credentials, but I am so much more than a bunch of degrees and designations, I am real and I love to help people buy and sell houses. I’m unpretentious, knowledgeable and experienced and at this age, definitlly not afraid to speak my mind. If you’re looking for a real estate broker that knows her away around a purchase agreement but has a sense of humor, creativity and a passion for selling homes, please give me a call and let’s talk about how I can help you reach your goals.

Can the Calabasas Cookie Eaters Predict the Outcome of the Super Bowl?
I just got back from Gelsons in Calabasas and having the “sweet tooth” that I do, I had to stop by the bakery for my favorite Black and White cookie. As I was waiting in line I noticed that they had special New York Giant and New England Patriot cookies for the Super Bowl.
What Are You Waiting For?
I think it’s a great time for move up buyers to buy! “Huh?” you say in disbelief. Here’s the math:
You own a home in Calabasas, it would sell for $1,200,000 now, but last year it would have sold for 10% more, say $1,320,000. You’re not sure what to do, should

“Sellers Choice” - Beware, these words could mean something you didn’t expect.
Even in this “buyers market” I received multiple offers on one of my listings last week. As I was reviewing the purchase agreements I couldn’t believe how many agents are still writing in ”sellers choice” for title, escrow, home warranty company and natural zone disclosure company.
Did you know that if you write “sellers choice” for natural zone
Texas Hold’em - Just Because I Make It Look Easy Doesn’t Mean It Is
This is such a great story, I couldn’t wait until the transaction closed to write this post. Mr. and Mrs. Buyer contacted me via email. They said they had seen my my blog and were relocating to Los Angeles from out of State and needed to find a home that suited their needs
