About Me

I was born and raised in Tuscaloosa, Alabama and moved here to Pleasure Island in 2001.  I spent over 20 years in the hardware and building material business before deciding to move to the area in which I had wanted to live since I was a child.   My parents spent their honeymoon in Gulf Shores 54 years ago, so I have been coming to Gulf Shores and Orange Beach literally all of my life.

I began investing in real estate in the mid 1970´s and bought my first property while I was in college at the University of Alabama.  My Dad helped me remodel it and get it ready to rent.  I bought my first condominium at Harbour Place in Orange Beach in 1998.  My wife and I made a deal, we made every decision together except the decorating.  It worked out well and we were hooked.

We have owned property in Gulf Shores, Orange Beach and the Fort Morgan area and we have owned vacant lots, single family homes and condominiums.  The point I am trying to make is that I believe in real estate as an investment and I have experience in investing.  I am a full time Realtor and I am a top producer in the market.

I recently transferred my Real Estate license to Ono Professional Partners.  I made the tough decision to change companies for two basic reasons.  One, this is a company that is highly respected in the community and is comprised of full time Realtors whose focus is on keeping abreast of the market and selling real estate.  Two, one of the owners of the company is a developer.  That gives my clients pre-construction opportunities that many real estate companies just cannot offer.
